I will be filling in the events of September 2019 through May 2023 on this blog at a later date. This potion of the blog will detail my efforts to collect on an LTB order for $14.1 K, issued on May 28, 2023. At this point, an LTB order appears to be only suitable for …

Chapter 052 – Friday, August 9, 2019

Pollington and the Stampers were at it again. I got a welcome coming home from work. It was a long day, so I gave back what they were giving. Ron Stamper has a bit of a temper tantrum, and Richard Pollington is his usual self. (“The night you were born the doctor should have slapped …

Chapter 050 – Tuesday August 6, 2019

To this point there have been at least fifteen complaints to police (at least 8 from our landlord and his crew) resulting in 14 responses, and charges being laid in two cases (against Jeremy Stamper).
The tally is at 19 hours 0 minutes of hearing time at the LTB, in 15 hearings, two by telephone, thirteen in person (counting the Case Management Hearing and mediation session of May 19, 2017 as hearings). It has also used up 9 hours and 51 minutes of a mediator’s time.

On the criminal side, it has used up whatever time the pre-enquete hearing used when process was issued on Pollington’s private complaint, and ne short appearance. Call it two hearings, 50 minutes of a judge’s time.

Chapter 048 – Sunday July 29, 2019 to Sunday August 4, 2019

This is a placeholder post. I will fill in some specific incidents at a future date but for the most part the Pollingtons, Stampers and our landlords continued their harassment without any major changes in tactics. Noise, shouted insults, spitting, loud provocative conversations we were intended to overhear (mostly between John and/or Agostino and Christine) …

Chapter 047 – Monday July 15, 2019 – Saturday July 28, 2019

The harassment escalates. The Stampers and Pollingtons begin involving other people not known to Marie or myself.

On the criminal side, it has used up whatever time the pre-enquete hearing used when process was issued on Pollington’s private complaint, and ne short appearance. Call it two hearings, 50 minutes of a judge’s time.
The cops are increasingly hostile.

There have been at least eleven complaints to police (at least 6 from our landlord and his crew) resulting in 10 responses, and charges being laid in one case. Municipal Law Enforcement had also expended approximately 5 man-days (including two man days expended sitting in an LTB waiting room, waiting to be called as witnesses).
There has also been in excess of twenty five days of entry to the unit to “repair” or “inspect”.
