Monday September 25, 2017 – This hearing was for our maintenance application, SOT-77620-16 (Doc 46) and our T2 application, SOT-80393-17 (Doc 87).
The day began with me finding a trip wire running across the fourth step from the bottom of the stairwell leading upstairs. It was secured with two small screws on either side of the stairwell, and appeared to be 10 or 12 gauge steel wire. I removed it. If I hadn’t spotted it, either me or Marie may have had a nasty fall just before the hearing. I didn’t mention it to Marie.
In the hallway before the hearing, John spit on my pant leg, threw a balled up piece of paper at me, and used what appeared to be a child’s squirt gun to spray water at me twice. Trying to avoid John and his crew in the LTB facility was difficult.
Yahkni wasted a lot of time objecting to my amendment correcting the clerical error in the amount claimed. Later events would make this entire hearing a waste of everybody’s time.
The hearing recording is here (Vid 93):
This hearing used up 2 hours, 40 minutes of hearing time. So far, this disagreement with our landlord had used up 7 hours 20 minutes of hearing time at the LTB, in 7 hearings, one by telephone, five in person (counting the Case Management Hearing and mediation session of May 19, 2017 as hearings). It has also used up 6 hours and 20 minutes of a mediator’s time.
Tuesday September 26, 2017 – I received an email from Yahkni (Doc 176) that documented the address change of her office.
There were no incidents in my notes for September 26, 2017.
Wednesday September 27, 2018 – In the evening, as I approached the building from the west side, Richard Pollington said “Thank god you fucking welfare bums will be out finally”. I answered with “Fuck off and leave me alone”.
The next hearing was September 28, 2017, the next day, for John Cerino’s L2 eviction application SOL–84218-17 was to be heard. The hearing Notice is here (Doc 177):
