Tuesday September 19, 2023 – I made a short side trip from another errand to look over the address given on the “witness statement”. There did not appear to be anyone living there.
Wednesday September 20, 2023 – I called John’s witness to get her contact information. The recording is here. Yikes. Apparently John’s witness has the understanding that I was subject to an “order” that I was not to communicate with John. And that I’d “set John up” from before our tenancy began.
Thursday September 21, 2023 – As usual, any contact with anyone to do with John Cerino generated yet another complaint to HPS. The recording is here {link will be live when I’ve had a chance to redact personal information form the recording}. At least this member of HPS isn’t a bullying asshole on the phone. That’s a step up from their usual approach.
