This is a quick summary/placeholder post done on my phone.
There was yet another LTB hearing, this time a telephone merits hearing for John’s L2 eviction application. After a somewhat hapless Joe was brought up to speed (more on that later) over the weekend, Joe waited until the last minute to ask for the application SOL-84218-17 to be withdrawn. He did it by email, and opened with a lie (I’ll post the emails), and it went downhill from there.
